Service Description
A special collaboration with Healthy Minds Collective This 75-minute Yin Yang class is designed for mamas in every season—whether you're in the thick of toddlerhood, navigating school schedules, or adjusting to life as a new mom. We’ll start with gentle, flowing yang movement to warm the body, release physical tension, and support mental clarity. Then we’ll slow down into long-held yin poses that stretch deep connective tissues and invite rest, presence, and mindful reflection. Come as you are. This class is about making space for yourself—to move, breathe, and be supported. Please bring: – A yoga mat – A water bottle – Activewear you’re comfortable in All other props will be provided.
